The eastern building celebrates sunrise so a lighter form of floating irregular glazed balconies provide light, movement and interest on the upper floors that rest on the bagged brick lower levels.

The western building enjoys dramatic sunsets, so we chose natural timber soffits with strong steel lineal forms that encase floor to ceiling glazing to bring warmth and enjoyment of the evening skyline. That structure is poised over bagged brick boxes on the lower levels with the residences delicately accommodated within.
